  Fan Won’t Turn On
 Possible Causes:
 Drained battery
 Faulty power cable or adapter
 Loose battery connection
 Internal circuit issue

How to Fix
Check the power source – Plug in the fan and see if it charges.
Try a different socket or adapter– The charger could be faulty.
Remove and reinsert the battery – A loose connection may be the issue.
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds – Some models require a reset.
If nothing works, charge for at least 4 hours and try again.

Fan Stops Working After a Few Minutes
 Possible Causes:
 Overheating
 Weak battery
 Dust accumulation in the motor
 Circuit board malfunction

How to Fix:
1. Clean the fan blades and vents – Dust buildup can cause overheating.
2. Try running the fan at a lower speed – High speeds drain the battery faster.
3. Test the fan while plugged in– If it works, the battery may need replacement.
4. Check the charging port– A loose or broken charging port can stop the fan from receiving power.
5. If problem persists, reset the fan by turning it off for 30 minutes before trying again.

Fan Only Works When Plugged In
Possible Causes
 Dead or weak battery
 Battery not charging properly
 Battery lifespan expired

How to Fix:
1. Check battery health – If the fan works when plugged in but not on battery, the battery may be weak.
2. Replace the battery – Most Lontor rechargeable fans have removable batteries.
3. Ensure you’re using the correct charger – Low-power adapters may not charge the battery fully.
4. Try a full discharge and recharge cycle– Let the battery drain completely, then charge it to 100%.

If the battery still doesn’t hold charge, replace it with an original Lontor battery.

 Fan is Not Charging
Possible Causes:
 Damaged charging cable or adapter
 Faulty charging port
 Dead battery

How to Fix:
1. Try a different charger and cable – Use a compatible charger with the correct voltage.
2. Check the charging port for dust or damage – Clean gently with a dry brush or compressed air.
3. Ensure the battery is inserted properly – A loose connection may prevent charging.
4. Test the fan with another battery (if available) – If the fan charges with a new battery, the old one is faulty.

Fan Speed is Too Low or Inconsistent
Possible Causes:
 Low battery power
 Dirty or clogged fan blades
 Internal motor problem

How to Fix:
1. Fully charge the fan before using it at higher speeds.
2. Clean the blades and remove any dust – Clogged blades can slow down airflow.
3. Check the speed control knob or buttons – A faulty switch may not be adjusting speed correctly.
4. Reset the fan by turning it off for a few hours before trying again.

Fan is Making Noise or Vibrating
Possible Causes:
Loose screws or parts
 Dust buildup inside the motor
 Worn-out motor bearings

 How to Fix:
1. Tighten all visible screws– Loose parts can cause rattling sounds.
2. Clean the motor area carefully – Use a small brush or compressed air.
3. Apply a small amount of machine oil to the motor shaft – This can help reduce noise.
4. If noise persists, the motor may need professional servicing.

3. Ensure the battery is fully charged – A weak battery might not power the light.
4. Replace the LED bulbs if possible.
