The benefits of drinking juice include: ▪ Getting essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, without the need to eat vegetables or fruits. ▪ It makes our immune system strong by providing antioxidants that help combat free radicals, which can cause cancer cells to form and other illnesses. ▪ It helps with anti-aging and improves overall health. ▪ Juices help us get rid of food cravings because they provide all the nutrients in our body and also reduces our level of calorie intake- weight loss.

What is a Juicer?
Commonly called a “Juicer” or a “fruit juicer”, a juice extractor is a kitchen appliance that separates the liquid from the solid parts of fruit and vegetables to produce a smoothie or juice drink. It's a convenient way of getting your daily intake of fresh and healthy juice. Juicers come in different styles, shapes, and sizes. Each type of juicer has its pros and cons that are dependent on the type of fruit or vegetable being juiced.

Why do you need a Juicer?
Using a juicer is a trend that has entered our lives to stay. The popularity of this habit is not limited only to those who are trying to lose weight or improve their diet, but it also includes those who simply want to feel better in the morning.
Juice extraction is an excellent way to get the most out of your produce. However, extracting juice can be difficult and time-consuming if you don't have the right tools. This is why we encourage the use of a juicer because it makes the extraction process quick, healthy, and efficient. The benefits of using a juicer are numerous, but we have narrowed them down to five of the most noteworthy.

1     Increased fruit intake: A juicer allows us to consume more fruits and vegetables in under one hour than what most people would normally eat in an entire day.

2     Eliminating excess sugar intake: Juiced products contain no added sugar, no preservatives, or artificial colors - just pure juice!

3     Ease of use: A juicer makes it easy to extract the juices from fruits and vegetables. You can simply place your produce in the juicer, push it down on its sides, and wait for the machine to do all the work for you. This saves time by being easier than using a manual juicer or straining to get your veggies through a sieve or mesh bag like with some other devices.

4     Aids fast and easy digestion: It is easier on the digestive system because you don't have to chew as much.

Manual Juicer

A manual juicer also called a “Citrus press” is a kitchen appliance that extracts juice from fruit or vegetables by squeezing them with a hand-operated lever. This type of juicer is ideal for people who want to save money or don't have the space for another appliance in their kitchen, but still want to experience the fresh taste of homemade juices. A manual juicer is usually made of metal, aluminum, or plastic and uses a simple lever system. This means that you don’t need any electricity or other devices to help you with the process.

How does a manual juicer work?

It is important to note that this article is only for understanding the basic principles of how a manual juice extractor works, and not to show the different types of manual juice extractors. Generally speaking, manual juice extractors are designed to have a thick, heavy base to provide stability. This makes it easier to operate the juicer. The upper part of the juicer is made up of a chute where you place your fruit or vegetable and then pull either on the handle on top or push down on the lever arm depending on which type you have. The handle or lever arm presses down on the produce forcing it against blades that are housed in either a canister at the center of the machine (cold-press) or inside channels in an outer cylinder (masticating) and thus squeezing out all its juices in an adjacent container.

Electric Juicer

An electric juicer is a kitchen appliance that uses a power supply to extract juice from fruits and vegetables. It consists of a motorized rotating blade that cuts up the fruit or vegetables into smaller pieces, followed by a strainer that removes the pulp. The remaining liquid can then be extracted through pressing or spinning and into a container. There are several different types of electric juicers available on the market. Choosing one can depend on what it will be used for, how much money is available to spend and what features are desired in the juicer. Feel free to contact us via mail or our social media pages if you have difficulties choosing the right electric juicer.

How does an electric juicer work?

The electric juicer typically has three parts: 1 A motor base where the motor is housed inside and connected with a power cord. 2 A hopper on top of the motor base where you put your fruit or vegetables to be cut up into smaller pieces- a fruit bowl. 3 A juice container at the bottom where all extracted juice is collected. The electric juice extractor comes with different attachments that can help you get all the pulp out of your produce. Some attachments come in different sizes and shapes, which allow for a more efficient juice extraction process depending on what you're trying to juice. You also have different blade speeds for when you want to get more or less pulp out of your fruit/vegetable
